"Getting children to run around and have fun is a challenge. But getting them interested in becoming physically fit can be an uphill battle," said Doug Stebbins, physical education teacher at Harold Schnell Elementary School. "This is really like a state-of-the-art health club for an elementary school, because you're using body weight and gravity." The Patch improves posture by lessening muscle dysfunction that can interfere with physical and mental abilities. "It sets the baseline for a lifetime of physical fitness," Stebbins said. "This is going to affect their lifestyle. Kids have more enthusiasm - they're more excited to learn, and more focused."
